Prepare your agent for enterprise security review.
Make the deployment, control boundaries and evidence understandable to the buyer.

Questions a buyer can ask
- What data can the agent retrieve, retain and export?
- Which identities, tools and downstream systems can it use?
- Which actions require approval, and can that approval be bypassed?
- What was tested, against which version, and what remains unresolved?
- How will the buyer hear about capability changes or security incidents?
What to prepare
A scoped architecture and data-flow description, an identity and tool inventory, tested control requirements and an indexed evidence pack. Align the requirements with the actual buyer review; a generic checklist may miss deployment-specific risks.
Choose a starting point
An assessment identifies gaps; implementation closes agreed findings. Certification readiness can support a chosen scheme, but the reviewer makes the acceptance or certification decision.
Build an evidence pack for enterprise buyers
Enterprise security reviewers need to understand the deployment they are accepting. Product-level documentation should explain how tenant boundaries, customer identities, tool permissions and data destinations work in the configuration being sold.
Prepare an architecture and data-flow description, a versioned inventory, a responsibility matrix and a control-to-evidence index. For each high-impact action, connect the requirement to its enforcement point and a reproducible test. Explain dependencies on the customer's identity provider, approval workflow or logging environment.
The security review checklist helps structure preparation. The fictional assessment report illustrates findings and evidence without implying a client outcome.
Resolve the gaps that delay a buyer review
Common questions are easier to resolve when the product team can show where a restriction is enforced and what the test demonstrated. If a tool can read across tenants, export to an unrestricted destination or execute a changed request under an old approval, document the gap and assign the remediation owner.
An AI agent security assessment can prioritise the agreed review gaps. Guardrail engineering can implement selected fixes. The buyer still determines whether the supplied evidence meets its requirements.
